To support our growth plans, we are looking to recruit an additional Talent Specialist/In-House Recruiter. The role is permanent and full-time but we would consider other options. We facilitate hybrid working so you can 'work your way'. It would be preferential that candidates are within commutable distance of Gloucestershire but it's not essential.
The role will report to the HR Director and work alongside the other Talent Specialist with the purpose of delivering the Recruitment Strategy from end to end so high quality candidates are sourced and appointed.
The purpose of the job is to undertake the Acquisition of Land / Rights in Land and carry out Compensation work, including work on major Utility and Infrastructure projects, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects as well as other major and minor transport, gas, water and electricity schemes, ensuring appropriate fee income to the business.
