The purpose of the job is to provide support and assistance within the Birmingham team to ensure that all required services provided in the office are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
The job will require someone with experience of working within the finance team for a property management company, preferably for a minimum period of 2 years, with knowledge of Tramps or similar property management accounting package (eg Propman) and understands client accounting requirements to support a commercial management team. Basic skills in Excel would also be an advantage.
