Overview

This role requires a high calibre individual to ensure the team deliver the full range of property management services to clients.

As this is a senior role there is the requirement to deliver responsibilities associated with this level.

The job will require someone who is operating at a senior level. An experienced leader with an excellent track record of delivering a similar role.

The job will require a highly skilled professional who has the gravitas to instil trust and respect from colleagues.

You will have strong client relationships and the necessary confidence and ambition to achieve our plans to successfully grow our client base.

Qualifications

You will be qualified as a Member of the RICS with extensive post qualification experience.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience of managing a range of property transactions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a confidence to communicate effectively;
  • Team player keen to be involved with all types of property and professional work.
  • Capable of working with senior teams along with experience of motivating teams;
  • Market facing with a proven track record in communicating with and securing new instructions/contracts;
  • Ability, and track record, to set personal fee targets and business targets, for oneself and a team, and deliver them;
  • The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with ability to delegate and then develop high calibre employees;
  • Full regard for RICS regulations;
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met;
  • The ability to learn new skills and working methods and be adaptable to change;
  • The ability to accept responsibility and lead by example.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team in providing high quality property services advice to a wide range of clients;
  • To secure business opportunities for client development for the office and the firm as a whole;
  • Maintain and develop Bruton Knowles’ strategy through local plans;
  • Fee Earner – maximise own fee earning income and support the existing commercial management team;
  • Client Manager for key clients;
  • Assist in the delivery of agreed financial targets and be responsible for managing own performance whilst exceeding in core technical skills;
  • Monitor and ensure awareness of appropriate technical guidance;

 

  • Raise the profile of Bruton Knowles in the local market.
